Privacy & cookies

Last updated October 17, 2026. This notice covers the public SimTrader LLC website at simtrader.dev. Our products, including SimTrader at simtrader.com, have their own privacy notices.

What this website collects

This website has no public accounts or forms. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, time, page and browser) to operate and protect the site.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to count visits and learn which pages are useful. Google Analytics then sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, kept for up to two years) and receives the pages you view, the referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data for advertising.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, and if you choose Reject analytics, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in this browser's local storage. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw it at any time; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies for this site.

The staff sign-in and company workspace are never measured with analytics.

Your choices and contact

You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser, or block analytics with browser settings or extensions. For questions or requests about your data, email mike@simtrader.dev.
